Bob is a leadership coach with over three decades experience empowering people and organizations toward growth and transformation. He has a background as a Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Senior Pastor. In these positions, he developed shared vision, defined values, built culture, facilitated goal setting processes, and turned ideas into meaningful action. More importantly for coaching purposes, Bob learned about people and about listening, empowering, and celebrating. Noted for his ability to ask provocative questions, Bob loves seeing people grasp and understand and then turn their understanding into meaningful and productive action. Bob has a degree in Civil Engineering from UCLA, a Masters from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Bob is an ACC accredited coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
