Coaching for Clergy, Religious Institutions, and Spiritual Leaders
Robert Jordan Coaching works with all types of leaders seeking impactful and meaningful outcomes. With his 30 plus years serving as a pastor, Bob Jordan additionally has a particular calling to support and empower spiritual leaders to realize their better thinking, better performance, and better outcomes.
“And [Jesus] gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for the building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith ... to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.”
“Bob has helped me achieve clarity and a sense of direction as we’ve worked through a number of projects on my plate. His insightful questions, warm encouragement, and gentle challenges have all been useful tools to help me figure out a way forward.”

Serving in a Church …
A Special Leadership Calling
Serving as a leader or a team of leaders in a local congregation—or at a denominational level— is one of the most challenging and potentially fulfilling roles any leader can receive. It is indeed a special kind of calling.
A pastor is often expected to be the teacher, preacher, visionary, care giver, chief executive officer, manager, strategist, evangelist, creative, pacifier, website designer, entertainer, officiant, fund raiser, first-responder, and chief communicator.
Adding to the challenge, church participants often choose to wear various hats—customer, co-laborer, boss, learner, worshipper, keeper of traditions, etc.—switching between hats on a moment’s notice.
Leading a church clearly calls for our best thinking so that the choices we make lead to healthy, wise, and productive performance and so that our actions translate into meaningful results.
